SPAC has a system of manufacturing cylinder of all possible characteristics & is equipped with latest set of Machinery, Assembly and Testing system. A cylinder of any Dia / stroke, Magnetic or Non Magnetic can be manufactured within a day.
A brief introduction about our cylinders is as below.
ESC SERIES (Double Acting Tie Rod Cylinder)
Double Acting Tie Rod Cylinder are available of DIA 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, 63mm, 80mm, 100mm, 125mm, 160mm & 200mm with stroke length from 10mm to 2000mm (Magnetic Cylinder up to 100mm dia is available) manufactured in our factory.
SDNC ISO-6431 SERIES (Double Acting Profile Cylinder)
Double Acting Profile Cylinder conforming to ISO 6431. Cylinders are available of DIA 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, 63mm, 80mm & 100mm. All our SDNC cylinders are Magnetic with stroke length from 10mm to 2000mm manufactured in our factory.
ESU SERIES (Double Acting Mickey Mouse Profile Cylinder)
These Cylinders are our newly developed products. These are without Tie Rod Cylinders and are Double Acting can be prepared in DIA 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, 63mm, 80mm & 100mm. Both Magnetic and Non-Magnetic Cylinders are available on demand with stroke length from 10mm to 2000mm manufactured in our factory.
EMAL SERIES (Double Acting Slim Round Body Cylinder)
These Cylinders are Aluminum Body, Round Body and Slim Type available in DIA of 20mm, 25mm, 32mm & 40mm.
SDA SERIES (Double Acting Short Stroke Cylinder)
These Cylinders are compact & short stoke. Available in DIA of 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, 63mm, 80mm & 100mm manufactured in our Factory.
SDNU ISO-6432 SERIES (Double Acting Short Slim Round Stainless Steel Body Cylinder)
These are Slim Type, Stainless Steel Body Double Acting Cylinders. Available in DIA of 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 32mm & 40mm and for any stroke are possible .We are in process of manufacturing this cylinders and shortly introduce to the Pneumatic world.
IImportant points:
All our above products are Double Acting. We can also provide Single Acting cylinder of all above size (up to 100mm Dia) at the request/demand of the customer.
Double stroke cylinders as per the requirement/use of the customers and as per the drawings.
Power cylinders i.e. special size of piston shaft (other than the standard size) as per the choice/drawings is also made in our workshop.
Double ended cylinder as per customer requirement is our specialty. We are in a position to prepare such cylinders as per the party’s requirement.
